Idk if you've heard this, but do cardio! It helps so much with all the emotions. When my bf broke up with me this summer I thought my world was going to end. Had panic attacks left and right. It's so hard but you have to do was good for YOU and know that you are strong, confident, and beautiful!
Ah yes the gym has been my therapy! I go everyday now just to escape.
